RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You have the right to return or exchange any items from your order within 30 days of receiving them. All items must be returned in an unused condition and with all tags/labels still attached. PLEASE NOTE: Underwear is exempted from our regular returns policy, due to the nature of these products. Returns/Exchanges involving underwear will not be accepted if the packaging seal has been broken/opened - irregardless of whether the products have been tried on or not. This is due to hygiene reasons.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
If you wish to return products, you can use the return slip that came with your order. Please note that we do not offer free returns. Instead we deduct 7.50 €/£ from the refunded amount in case you use the return slip. We refund you within 2 to 5 days after receiving the return. To exchange to another product, size or color, place a new order on our site.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you have received a delivery containing faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please contact email@example.com. Please provide us with your order number and photos of the damaged, faulty or incorrect product(s) that you have received. We will do our very best to quickly find a solution for you and also cover any shipping charges associated with returning or replacing a faulty, damaged or incorrect product.
